2. Testing places: Small restaurants and bakeries in Huangpu District, Shanghai

A. Spicy hotpot restaurant. The area is 40㎡, with a lot of wooden tables and chairs. Before test, the average density of cockroach is 8/ piece (Cockroach density test paper), in line with the site density of ≥8 pcs /piece (Cockroach density test paper) test requirements, can be used as test sites ; according to the manufacturer requested dose (0.5g /㎡ ), multi-point application, the actual dosage is approximately 20g; During the testing period, the site temperature is 16~18 ℃, relative humidity of 68~72%.

B. Bakery. The area is 100㎡, there are a lot of bake oven, induction cooker and other machinery that can generate heat in the operation, which is very suitable for cockroach habitat and breeding.
